Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 17, 2025
By using the services provided by Price Power Washing (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Price Power Washing, including but not limited to residential and commercial pressure washing.
1. Services Provided
We offer pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, including house washing, driveway cleaning, deck and fence washing, sidewalk cleaning, and more. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the property. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes or if excessive buildup, stains, or debris is found during service.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients must ensure that the work area is accessible, including gates, driveways, and water spigots. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to restricted access. Pets must be secured, and fragile items near the cleaning area should be removed in advance.
4. Property Condition
Price Power Washing is not liable for pre-existing damage to siding, concrete, wood, paint, or other surfaces. We use industry-standard equipment and techniques, but older or poorly maintained surfaces may be more susceptible to damage.
5. Water Use
Client agrees to provide access to a working outdoor water spigot unless otherwise arranged. Price Power Washing is not responsible for water usage charges incurred during service.
6. Weather Policy
Service dates may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, freezing temperatures, or other weather conditions that may impact the safety or effectiveness of the service. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.
8. Cancellations
We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. Satisfaction is judged based on the scope of work agreed upon before service.
10. Liability Waiver
By hiring Price Power Washing, you release us from any liability related to damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper surface materials, or failure to disclose issues with the property.
11. Use of Photos
Unless requested otherwise in writing, Price Power Washing reserves the right to use photos or videos of completed work for marketing purposes, including our website and social media.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
